How do I track my order?
We will confirm the delivery provider by email with your purchase. We include an ID you can use directly on the provider's website to track your order.

How do I return an item?
Your original receipt must accompany your returned item (s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Mayan Crown Bijoux to be unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
Please note that the customer must pay the cost of the return. Therefore, you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Mayan Crown Bijoux. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.
MAYAN CROWN guarantees all jewelry within 6 months of the date it was purchased (proof of purchase required) if the defect is a result of the production and/or manufacturing process. Please note that natural stones may differ slightly in colour and shape from the pictures shown this is normal and should not be considered a defect. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Every returned item will be evaluated by our quality control experts. EXCEPTIONS APPLIES.
How can I contact your couriers?
We have partnership with package delivery companies: Canada post, and DHL, same as the default option will be shipping in the purchasing process. In any case, our company is not liable for any delay or external conditions that preclude compliance estimated delivery dates. MAYAN CROWN is only responsible for the merchandise until it is delivered to the courier company. Any delivery problem should be resolved between the customer and the courier, Mayan Crown serving only as support to facilitate the processing of claims. Please contact us for more information.
Is it possible to ship to a third party?
Yes, we will gladly deliver your package to a third party anywhere across Canada or USA. Simply enter the third party's address as the shipping address. The shipping fees required for delivery to that province/state will be applied. You will need to complete a separate order form for each shipping address.
Do you provide International delivery?
Our shipping policy is guaranteed by providing this service completely for free. We only deliver our products to customers in the US and Canada.
What is your returns policy?
Mayan Crown Bijoux is committed to serving you and wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, articles can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase (US and Canada customers only). Refunds and exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period. Kindly note that Mayan Crown Bijoux does not accept exchanges or refunds on sale items and special orders. For reasons of hygiene and the personal safety of our customers pierced earrings may not be returned. Some exclusions may apply.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
